Cavatina Strawberry is an Italian varietal from Schenk Italia that contains natural strawberry flavors and aromas. It is ideal with desserts to compliment the balanced and sweet taste of the wine. Cavatina Sparkling Strawberry contains a fine and persistent perlage, along with an intense and aromatic scent of strawberry.
The vinification takes place in white with gentle pressing at controlled temperature, carried out by the Charmant method and with the addition of natural flavor (strawberry) before bottling. Pinkish color. Fine and persistent perlage with an intense, aromatic and fruity aroma with a strawberry flavour. In the mouth it is delicately sweet and balanced. Ideal with desserts, especially with dry cakes and Macedonian.
